WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
  • Lead the development and execution of financial strategies, focusing on both short and long-term planning, labor analysis, and benchmarking.
  • Provide strategic financial leadership to divisional leadership teams to enhance operational performance and decision-making.
  • Manage the creation of the annual operating plan, capital budgeting process, and monthly forecasting to meet financial goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing financial trends and variances, offering actionable recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Mentor and guide a high-performing finance team, ensuring growth through the development and sharing of best practices.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in accounting, finance, or corporate planning, with 3-5 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn internal financial systems.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, promoting productivity and collaboration across all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and teams.
