WHERE IT IS LOCATED
- Charlotte, NC, onsite 5 days a week
- Approximately 20–30% travel across operational sites
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Oversee performance across a multi-site distribution network.
- Manage external partners and drive accountability for operational execution and service levels.
- Develop and refine KPIs, metrics, and reporting to improve visibility and performance.
- Lead budget and cost oversight across operations, including labor and overall network spend.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align operations with broader business priorities.
- Travel to sites to assess operations, support initiatives, and lead improvement efforts.
- Standardize processes to improve consistency and reduce variability across locations.
- Identify and implement operational improvements that enhance efficiency and performance.
- Contribute to ongoing initiatives focused on optimizing the operating model and supporting future growth.
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
- Experience in a multi-site distribution or operations environment.
- Background in high-volume, operationally complex industries.
- Experience working with external partners or managing distributed operations.
- Strong financial and operational acumen, including experience with budgets and cost management.
- Ability to operate across multiple functions within an end-to-end operational environment.
- Comfort working with systems and data to drive decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage complexity across multiple locations and teams.
- CPG and / or Retail experience is required.
