WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead the digital marketing function across paid media, paid social, websites, SEO, and lead generation efforts.
- Oversee and develop the digital team as it grows, providing direction and leadership across core marketing channels.
- Drive lead generation strategy using platforms such as HubSpot and customer data and marketing automation tools.
- Guide website and digital experience initiatives to support business growth across multiple brands and locations.
- Establish digital priorities and manage channel performance in a fast-moving, multi-brand environment.
- Partner across the organization to strengthen internal digital capabilities and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
- Help assess and refine team structure, including how SEO and related digital functions should be supported over time.
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
- Broad digital marketing leadership experience across paid media, paid social, websites, SEO, and lead generation.
- Proven experience managing marketing in a multi-brand, multi-location, or agency environment.
- Knowledge of customer data platforms and marketing automation, including familiarity with tools such as HubSpot and concepts related to CDP.
- Experience in agency-style or high-capacity marketing environments where multiple priorities and brands must be managed at once.
- Background in home services is preferred, though adjacent sectors such as hospitality, airlines, franchise organizations, or similarly complex multi-location businesses may also align.
