WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Lead the accounting organization through a period of strategic growth, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business goals.

Oversee ERP implementation and optimization, driving automation, efficiency, and real-time visibility across financial processes.

Strengthen internal controls and reporting to support global operations and evolving revenue models.

Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align financial insights with operational performance and growth strategy.

Build and mentor a scalable accounting team, developing systems and structure for the company’s next chapter of expansion.
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED

Proven financial leader with deep experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.

Expertise in ERP systems, ideally with hands-on NetSuite implementation and optimization experience.

Strong foundation in inventory accounting, standard costing, and process improvement.

Ability to lead through change, building structure and discipline in a growing organization.
-
CPA preferred, with the confidence, analytical skills, and communication ability to partner effectively at all levels.
