WHERE IT IS LOCATED
  • Hybrid in the South Charlotte area - 4 days on-site and work from home on Wednesdays
 
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Manage and optimize CRM-related marketing workflows helping support a transition from one platform to another.
  • Build, execute, and support email marketing efforts including audience/list coordination and campaign-related tasks.
  • Track and report on paid media performance
  • Translate marketing data into clear executive-facing insights and visual reports that tell a meaningful story.
  • Collaborate closely with content, SEO, design, and project management teammates to support integrated digital initiatives.
  • Provide hands-on support for the team's broader digital infrastructure as the bridge between marketing strategy and marketing technology.
 
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, CRM marketing, or a related area.
  • Hands-on experience working in CRM systems
  • Exposure to paid advertising
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing systems and processes.
  • Experience with analytics, tracking, and reporting including comfort with campaign measurement and performance data.
  • Ability to create or support data visualization and executive-level reporting with tools such as Power BI Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar.
  • Preferred experience in home building, real estate, or financial services industries or similar.
