LOCATION
  • Denver, NC
  • Fully onsite Monday–Friday
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Provide hands-on desktop and technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, A/V equipment, and related peripherals
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues across the organization
  • Support Microsoft 365 technologies including Entra ID, Intune, Office 365, and Defender
  • Configure and maintain Windows 10/11 operating systems, user accounts, permissions, and endpoint devices
  • Deliver both remote and in-person support to employees across varying technical skill levels
  • Assist with IT infrastructure initiatives including upgrades, cloud migrations, and system improvements
  • Document technical issues and resolutions within the ticketing system while maintaining strong customer service standards
  • Support networking connectivity issues including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, and LAN troubleshooting
  • Partner with internal teams to support business applications and improve overall IT operations
HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY
  • 3+ years of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, or End User Support environments
  • Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Office 365, and endpoint/device management
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and wireless connectivity
  • Experience using ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities across hardware, software, and user support issues
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users in a professional and customer-focused manner
  • Exposure to scripting tools such as PowerShell or Python is a plus
  • CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications, or related technical certifications preferred
