- Provide hands-on desktop and technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, A/V equipment, and related peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues across the organization
- Support Microsoft 365 technologies including Entra ID, Intune, Office 365, and Defender
- Configure and maintain Windows 10/11 operating systems, user accounts, permissions, and endpoint devices
- Deliver both remote and in-person support to employees across varying technical skill levels
- Assist with IT infrastructure initiatives including upgrades, cloud migrations, and system improvements
- Document technical issues and resolutions within the ticketing system while maintaining strong customer service standards
- Support networking connectivity issues including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, and LAN troubleshooting
- Partner with internal teams to support business applications and improve overall IT operations
- 3+ years of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, or End User Support environments
- Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Office 365, and endpoint/device management
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and wireless connectivity
- Experience using ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities across hardware, software, and user support issues
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users in a professional and customer-focused manner
- Exposure to scripting tools such as PowerShell or Python is a plus
- CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications, or related technical certifications preferred
