Details:
  • 6-month contract position with possibility of extending or converting
  • Hybrid (2-3 days in office) in Charlotte, NC
 
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze historical sales/consumption, demand patterns, and promotional trends to quantify lift and inform accurate demand forecasts.
  • Maintain and improve statistical forecasting models; monitor performance and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Cleanse, validate, and integrate input data for demand planning systems to ensure data quality.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports; translate insights into clear recommendations for the business.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Demand Planning, IT, Marketing, Operations, and Finance; support day-to-day planning activities as needed.
 
Background That Fits:
  • Experience as an analyst is required. Demand planning background is ideal but open to analysts supporting sales, finance, supply chain, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Extensive experience with Excel
  • Experience with Power BI is strongly preferred
  • Effective at managing manual forecasting processes and adjusting forecasts based on data review
