THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

  • Join an enterprise analytics function supporting a large, operationally complex organization with a significant national fleet.

  • Partner with leaders across fleet, operations, supply chain, finance, data engineering, and other business functions.

  • Help strengthen how operational data is translated into business decisions.

  • Enter as a hands-on analytics leader with the opportunity to shape the function as it grows.

LOCATION

  • Based in South Charlotte.

  • Regular onsite presence is expected.

  • Establish scalable KPIs, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and communication standards.

  • Turn ambiguous business questions into clear analysis, recommendations, and actions.

  • Improve transparency, measurability, and performance across the organization.

  • Build the foundation for a scalable enterprise analytics team.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • 5–8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, or insights-focused roles.

  • Experience delivering analysis that influenced decisions and produced measurable business outcomes.

  • Exposure to fleet, logistics, transportation, supply chain, field operations, or similarly complex environments.

  • Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, data modeling, dashboard development, and visualization design.

  • Hands-on experience with Databricks, SQL, Python, R, and large, complex datasets.

  • Strong business acumen, stakeholder influence, data storytelling, curiosity, and an interest in future leadership.
