- Opportunity to consult on a D365 F&O implementation project, in collaboration with key internal stakeholders, business partners, and the systems integrator.
- Remote position (EST) with some travel to client site
- Lead full lifecycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, from project initiation through go-live and post-implementation support.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Coordinate across internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, Microsoft partners, and technical teams.
- Facilitate business process mapping and requirements gathering with finance, operations, and supply chain teams.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, and change control processes.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and cost constraints.
- Drive data migration, testing strategy, training plans, and deployment activities.
- Prepare executive-level project updates and status reports.
- Monitor and ensure user adoption and process optimization post-implementation.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members and foster a collaborative project environment.
- 5+ years of project management experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX.
- Strong knowledge of finance, supply chain, and operational processes.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
