WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage business-to-business collections with a focus on risk review, underwriting, and analysis of accounts.
- Perform financial statement analysis and apply key financial ratios to assess creditworthiness.
- Handle portfolio management tasks, including decision-making on credit accounts and supporting district credit teams.
- Engage in shared services workflow, becoming fully functional in multiple categories within six months.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve credit issues and maintain strong business partnerships.
- Maintain attention to detail and time management while working both independently and collaboratively.
- Participate in ongoing training, including an initial four-week on-site training period, to develop credit principles and business understanding.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the credit department with a focus on long-term career progression within the company.
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, management, or a related field is preferred.
- Entry-level candidates or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience or education in credit, underwriting, or business-to-business collections is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills are essential.
- Excellent communication skills, including comfort with outbound calls and customer interactions.
- Success-oriented mindset with the ability to focus on portfolio-level results rather than individual accounts.
