What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading and mentoring a creative team, providing vision, guidance, and coaching to elevate output and support professional growth.
  • Defining and evolving brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and high-quality storytelling.
  • Developing and executing creative strategies that align with business objectives and resonate with global audiences.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams and senior leadership on integrated campaigns, high-profile proposals, and executive presentations.
  • Streamlining processes and managing workflows to deliver multiple projects on time without sacrificing quality.
  • Rolling up your sleeves as a hands-on designer when critical deadlines require direct contribution.
The Background That Fits
  • 7+ years of creative/marketing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage, inspire, and grow creative teams while handling high-speed, high-demand projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with project management tools like Trello.
  • Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and campaign development for global audiences.
  • A track record of translating business objectives into impactful creative strategies.
  • Experience in sports, entertainment, or live events industries is a strong plus.
