Analyzes production efficiencies and variances to bill of materials and routings

Supports month-end close, inventory controls, and variance reporting for accuracy and compliance

Partners with plant leadership to ensure cost accuracy, capitalized variance adjustments, and financial control

Contributes to fixed asset management, depreciation, and operational forecasting to drive better decision-making
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
-
2+ years of cost or analytical accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting
-
Strong Excel proficiency and ERP standard costing experience preferred

Detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills and desire to grow in a global company
