Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities through market research and industry analysis

Build and maintain complex financial models to assess valuation, risk, and return scenarios

Coordinate cross-functional due diligence across finance, tax, HR, operations, IT, legal, and strategy teams

Support negotiations, term sheet development, and data room management during active transactions

Prepare executive-level presentations supporting capital allocation and strategic growth decisions
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
-
2+ years of experience in M&A, transaction advisory, investment banking, consulting, or corporate development
-
Strong financial modeling expertise, advanced Excel proficiency required

Experience with DCF modeling, comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis

Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA or advanced degree a plus
-
Ability to operate in ambiguity, synthesize incomplete information, and produce executive-ready analysis
-
High integrity and discretion handling confidential deal information
