- Lead and oversee consolidated financial reporting across multiple business units in accordance with US GAAP.
- Manage monthly close processes and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial statements.
- Own the technical accounting function, including application of standards related to revenue recognition, leases, impairment, and purchase accounting.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and support all external audit, lender, and investor reporting.
- Serve as the accounting lead on M&A due diligence, purchase accounting, and post-acquisition integration.
- Partner cross-functionally with District Controllers, AP/AR, Tax, and HR to ensure complete and accurate financial records.
- Drive automation, ERP optimization, and scalable processes to support ongoing growth.
- Present monthly financials to leadership and coordinate financial reporting to PE sponsor and board of directors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA designation required.
- 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a Controller or Assistant Controller role.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, consolidations, and internal controls in a multi-entity, multi-location environment.
- Experience in a PE-backed, recurring revenue, or service-based business strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing audits, debt covenant reporting, and working with external lenders, auditors, and advisors.
- ERP implementation or optimization experience required (NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and mentor accounting teams in high-growth, change-driven settings.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic business environment.
