Exposure to technical accounting research, financial consolidations, and global reporting initiatives with leadership visibility

Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements and ensure accurate reporting to the global parent company

Research and analyze complex technical accounting issues, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and evolving standards

Play a key role in strengthening internal financial controls and supporting annual external audit processes

Coordinate with subsidiary businesses to drive consistency in accounting policies, consolidations, and month-end/year-end closings

Engage with leadership on governance, risk management, and technical accounting projects critical to the company’s future growth

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA strongly preferred)

3+ years of relevant experience, ideally from a large corporate environment or a public accounting firm (Big 4 experience is a plus)

Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial consolidations, and technical accounting principles

Skilled in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools (experience with OneStream a plus)

Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
