The background that fits
  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience with measurable success growing revenue and profitability
  • Consultative selling strengths: discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and account expansion
  • Strong relationship-builder with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
  • Highly organized, able to multitask, prioritize, and run a territory plan with consistency
  • Comfortable with sales activity tracking and reporting; proficient in Microsoft Office (bonus if exposure to Power BI and/or a CRM)
  • Industry alignment preferred: experience selling into (or adjacent to) pest management, distribution, route-based service industries, or similar B2B customer environments
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for territory coverage
