- Join a nationally distributed, third-generation family-owned organization in the pest control / public health distribution space
- Be part of a customer-facing, growth-oriented sales team focused on territory expansion and account profitability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners supporting product solutions, customer service, and operational follow-through

- Ability to sell a broad portfolio of products/services with a consultative, solutions-based approach
- Tools and resources to run your territory like a business, including strong Microsoft Office enablement (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.)

- Drive new customer acquisition by identifying prospects, presenting solutions, and negotiating contracts
- Expand revenue with existing accounts by increasing wallet share, profitability, and retention
- Strengthen strategic relationships by aligning solutions to customer needs and becoming a trusted advisor
- Increase adoption of a proprietary inventory procurement/management tool that improves customer efficiency and financial performance
- Provide visibility into territory health via tracking, analysis, and regular performance updates
- Elevate brand presence and credibility through consistent engagement in the industry community
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience with measurable success growing revenue and profitability
- Consultative selling strengths: discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and account expansion
- Strong relationship-builder with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
- Highly organized, able to multitask, prioritize, and run a territory plan with consistency
- Comfortable with sales activity tracking and reporting; proficient in Microsoft Office (bonus if exposure to Power BI and/or a CRM)
- Industry alignment preferred: experience selling into (or adjacent to) pest management, distribution, route-based service industries, or similar B2B customer environments
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for territory coverage
