- Partner with Finance and Operations to deliver meaningful financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting that drives informed business decisions and improves operational performance.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline with 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or accounting within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing finance, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cycle counts, inventory, and manufacturing variance analysis.
- Experience leveraging SAP and advanced Excel to analyze financial data, develop models, and improve reporting accuracy and operational decision-making.
- A collaborative professional with exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills who thrives partnering with cross-functional teams and maintaining high ethical standards.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, internal controls, regulatory compliance, or an advanced degree is considered a plus.
