WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Partner with Finance and Operations to deliver meaningful financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting that drives informed business decisions and improves operational performance.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting while identifying cost-saving opportunities and supporting profitability across manufacturing operations.
  • Serve as a key business partner by strengthening financial controls, supporting audits, enhancing reporting processes, and providing actionable insights that improve efficiency and transparency throughout the organization.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline with 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or accounting within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing finance, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cycle counts, inventory, and manufacturing variance analysis.
  • Experience leveraging SAP and advanced Excel to analyze financial data, develop models, and improve reporting accuracy and operational decision-making.
  • A collaborative professional with exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills who thrives partnering with cross-functional teams and maintaining high ethical standards.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, internal controls, regulatory compliance, or an advanced degree is considered a plus.
