- Own the monthly close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.
- Deliver meaningful financial insights that support executive decision-making and business growth initiatives.
- Drive accountability around KPIs, inventory performance, working capital, and margin improvement.
- Strengthen internal controls, financial processes, and reporting capabilities to support future scalability.
- Act as a critical bridge between Finance and Operations, ensuring business decisions are supported by accurate financial data and analysis.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience, including Controller, Assistant Controller, Finance Director, or similar roles.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, distribution, supply chain, franchise, or multi-entity environments.
- Strong background leading financial close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Proven ability to partner with operational leaders and translate financial data into business insights.
- Experience managing teams and developing finance and accounting talent.
- CPA preferred, with strong ERP systems experience and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Background in inventory accounting, standard costing, operational finance, or KPI-driven environments highly valued.
