THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

  • A highly visible legal and contracts function supporting a large, multi-location organization operating in the construction and equipment services space
  • A collaborative team of contract managers and bid facilitators focused on enabling revenue through efficient, well-structured agreements
  • Leadership reporting into a Deputy General Counsel, with direct exposure to enterprise-level legal strategy and decision-making
  • A fast-moving environment where contracts directly impact operations, sales velocity, and customer relationships
  • A team continuing to scale due to increasing contract volume and business growth

LOCATION

  • Fort Mill, SC (Charlotte support office), hybrid model with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote flexibility

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Experience negotiating commercial contracts, ideally on the sales side of product or service-based organizations
  • Familiarity with key legal terms such as indemnification, limitation of liability, and damages clauses
  • Exposure to construction, equipment, manufacturing, or related industries is highly preferred
  • Ability to operate in a high-volume environment with quick turnaround expectations
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance risk mitigation and business enablement
