- Lead and support an in-house paralegal responsible for contract administration, deadline tracking, document management, title coordination, surveys, and closing documentation.
- Serve as the internal liaison between business stakeholders and a long-tenured external legal team, ensuring alignment across legal and operational priorities.

- 7+ years of experience within a commercial real estate firm with direct responsibility for contract management.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to assess risk, balance legal protection with deal progression, and communicate effectively with detail-oriented stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
