LOCATION

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
- Play a key role in supporting the hiring of 15+ critical positions tied to growth initiatives, M&A activity, and strategic priorities
- Help accelerate recruiting efforts following a recent organizational restructure and increased hiring demand
- Ensure a seamless and efficient candidate experience by managing pipelines, coordinating interviews, and advancing candidates through the process
- Partner closely with leadership to fill specialized and hard-to-find roles in competitive talent markets
- Strengthen recruiting processes and build credibility with hiring managers during a high-pressure hiring cycle
- Enable the business to maintain momentum by quickly securing top talent across multiple functions and locations
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within professional services or financial services environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
- Strong experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred)
- Demonstrated success in candidate screening, pipeline management, and interview coordination
- Experience with proactive sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Executive presence with the ability to effectively communicate and partner with senior leadership
- Experience recruiting for specialized roles (e.g., financial advisors, data/technology, or corporate functions) is a plus
