WHAT THEY OFFER YOU

  • Opportunity to step into a high-impact recruiting project with a clear mission: help the organization make approximately 58 hires over the next seven weeks.

  • Fully remote contract opportunity with an immediate start and an anticipated duration through late November.

  • Ownership of a defined portfolio of approximately 12 to 15 openings across multiple U.S. markets.

  • Resources, recruiting tools, and an established internal team to help you quickly ramp up and begin delivering.

WHERE THIS SITS

  • Fully remote.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for approximately 12 to 15 positions at a time across multiple U.S. markets.

  • Proactively source and engage qualified candidates, including talent who may not be actively applying or looking for a new opportunity.

  • Recruit primarily for Service Technician, Maintenance, Service Manager, and other field-based positions.

  • Conduct candidate screens, assess qualifications, coordinate interviews, and drive candidates through offer and acceptance.

  • Build pipelines quickly to support an aggressive seven-week hiring timeline.

  • Partner closely with internal Talent Acquisition and field leadership to understand hiring priorities and adjust recruiting efforts as needs evolve.

  • Maintain a high level of outbound candidate activity and follow-up throughout the project.

  • Track phone screens, interviews, offers, and overall recruiting activity daily to ensure progress against hiring goals.

  • Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a strong and responsive candidate experience.

  • Leverage available recruiting technology and internal resources to work efficiently in a fully remote environment.

A BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Full-cycle recruiter who knows how to own a search from sourcing through close.

  • Proven success recruiting in a high-volume, fast-moving environment where results and speed matter.

  • Experience recruiting field-based, hourly, skilled trades, maintenance, service, or operations talent.

  • Strong sourcing instincts and confidence engaging candidates who are not actively looking.

  • Multifamily, property management, residential services, or facilities recruiting experience is highly valuable.

  • Comfortable juggling multiple openings and markets while keeping candidates and hiring teams engaged.

  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly navigate recruiting systems and collaboration tools; Workday experience is a plus.

  • Self-directed, highly organized, and ready to jump in with minimal ramp-up.

  • Multi-Family experience preferred.
