WHAT YOU WILL DO
-
Step into a contract recruiting role and quickly take ownership of active requisitions across multiple locations and functions.

Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate management, and closing.

Provide immediate recruiting capacity to the team, helping move priority searches forward and alleviate workload across the talent acquisition function.

Partner directly with hiring managers to understand immediate hiring needs, establish priorities, and keep searches moving with urgency.

Proactively source and engage talent for difficult-to-fill positions rather than relying solely on inbound applicants.
-
Manage multiple requisitions at different stages while maintaining a strong experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Provide consistent communication around pipelines, market feedback, candidate activity, and recruiting progress.
-
Adapt quickly as priorities change and bring a hands-on mentality to wherever the team needs recruiting support most.
A BACKGROUND THAT FITS
-
2+ years of logistics recruiting experience required, with experience recruiting within transportation, supply chain, freight, distribution, or a related environment.
-
Previous experience in a contract recruiting, project-based recruiting, or high-volume recruiting environment is highly valuable.

Proven ability to step into a new organization, learn the business quickly, and begin delivering with limited ramp-up.

Strong full-cycle recruiting experience with the ability to independently manage requisitions from intake through offer.

Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated success identifying and engaging passive talent.
-
Comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously and adjusting quickly as hiring priorities change.
-
Hands-on, execution-oriented recruiter who enjoys getting into the details and moving searches forward.

Strong communicator who can quickly establish credibility with new hiring managers and internal partners.

Organized, responsive, adaptable, and comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership.

Ability to work 4 days onsite in Charlotte.
