WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide hands-on operational support across trust administration and wealth operations functions
- Execute account lifecycle activities including openings, maintenance, transfers, and closures
- Process transactions, settlements, distributions, and cash movements
- Perform account reconciliations and validate financial accuracy
- Ensure compliance with trust documents, fiduciary standards, and regulatory requirements
- Support preparation of beneficiary reporting, account reviews, and financial statements
- Maintain documentation integrity and audit readiness
- Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Compliance, Finance, and client-facing teams
- Support physical and digital asset tracking processes as required
- Document procedures and capture institutional knowledge from existing workflows
- Identify workflow gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen operational efficiency and controls
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
- Deep hands-on experience in Trust Operations, Wealth Operations, or Fiduciary Administration environments required
- Strong understanding of trust account structures, lifecycle management, and transactional workflows
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently in fast-paced, accuracy-critical environments
- Experience supporting reconciliations, reporting, and operational validation processes
- Working knowledge of fiduciary compliance standards and regulatory expectations
- Experience stabilizing processes or supporting transitions within operational teams highly valued
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations, compliance, finance, and client-facing teams
- Experience with trust platforms such as FIS Trust Desk strongly preferred
- Relevant certifications such as CTFA, CFP, CPA, or securities licenses are valued but not required
