  • Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting tied to manufacturing and supply chain operations
  • Lead cost accounting activities, including inventory valuation, standard vs. actual cost tracking, overhead allocations, and margin analysis
  • Provide insight into supply chain and production performance through KPI tracking, variance analysis, and reporting
  • Partner with operations, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure financial insights guide sourcing, production, and inventory decisions
  • Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness while driving process improvements that improve accuracy, speed, and efficiency

The Background That Fits
  • 10+ years of finance or accounting experience in a manufacturing or product-based environment, with strong expertise in cost and inventory accounting
  • Experience overseeing multi-site or multi-entity reporting, consolidations, and variance analysis
  • Proven ability to manage audits, monthly/quarterly closes, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP
  • Skilled with ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar), and proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting
  • Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Plant Leadership
  • CPA, CMA, MBA, or similar advanced credential preferred
