You will join AccruePartners’ HR Advisory & Compensation Strategy Practice, a growing, fast evolving consulting team focused on delivering scalable, data driven compensation solutions to high growth companies. This team partners closely with client HR leaders, CFOs, and executive teams to design compensation structures that enable attraction, retention, pay transparency compliance, and organizational health.
You will collaborate with experts in:
- Compensation benchmarking & market pricing
- Pay equity analysis
- Job architecture & leveling
- Incentive and sales compensation design
- Total rewards strategy
- Workforce analytics & modeling

LOCATION:
- Hybrid – Charlotte, NC (AccruePartners HQ)
- Client engagements may include virtual and onsite work depending on project scope.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Serve as a key consultant delivering AccruePartners’ compensation advisory solutions
- Lead or support compensation engagements across all 12 modular service offerings
- Conduct market pricing and benchmarking across multiple survey sources
- Build job architecture frameworks including levels, titles, and job families
- Create salary structures, grades, and pay progression frameworks
- Conduct pay equity analysis and prepare client presentations
- Design bonus structures, MBO models, and incentive plans
- Support sales compensation redesigns including pay mix and quota modeling
- Assist in total rewards strategy assessments and EVP development
- Develop compensation dashboards, analytics models, and comp ratio maps
- Prepare and deliver client facing presentations and recommendations
- Client facing activities that require a trusted advisor to HR, Finance, and Executive stakeholders
- Support discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and client workshops
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- 3–7+ years of compensation or total rewards experience (consulting or corporate)
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skill
- Experience with salary surveys (Mercer, Radford, Payscale, Culpepper, etc.)
- Knowledge of job architecture, pay structure design, benchmarking, and incentives
- Experience with pay equity, regression analysis, or comp modeling
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast paced environment
