The Background That Fits
- 1-3+ years of compensation analyst or broad-based compensation experience within a corporate environment.
- Strong experience conducting market pricing, job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and internal equity analyses using compensation surveys and market data.
- Comfortable working with HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred) and advanced Excel to analyze, audit, and report on compensation data.
- Knowledge of compensation regulations, FLSA classifications, salary structures, and compensation governance practices.
- Experience participating in annual compensation planning, salary surveys, incentive administration, or broader Total Rewards initiatives. Familiarity with MarketPay or similar benchmarking tools and a CCP or GRP certification are strong pluses.
