THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

  • A highly visible Corporate Communications team within a large, established organization operating in a complex and highly regulated industry.
  • A collaborative group responsible for supporting senior leadership engagement, executive communications, and large-scale enterprise events.
  • A fast-paced environment where communications professionals partner closely with senior executives and teams across multiple corporate functions.
  • A team focused on ensuring enterprise strategy and key messages are communicated clearly and consistently across leadership meetings, presentations, and organization-wide events.

WHAT THEY OFFER YOU

  • The opportunity to gain direct exposure to senior executives and support some of the organization’s most visible leadership meetings and enterprise-wide events.
  • A unique blend of executive communications, strategic messaging, project coordination, and event execution rather than a traditional event planning position.
  • The chance to develop high-level communications materials, including presentations, talking points, agendas, leadership briefing materials, and logistical communications.
  • Exposure to enterprise strategy and the opportunity to see how key organizational messages are developed, refined, and communicated across a large organization.
  • The ability to work cross-functionally with communications leaders, event professionals, technology teams, and other key business partners.
  • Hands-on experience with emerging tools and technologies, including opportunities to support the testing and rollout of AI-enabled communications and workflow solutions.
  • Strong visibility and valuable experience for someone looking to continue growing within corporate communications, executive communications, or strategic communications.

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Senior leaders need to be fully prepared for high-profile meetings and events, and this person will help ensure presentations, talking points, agendas, and supporting materials are accurate, polished, and delivered on time.
  • Enterprise-wide meetings and events require significant coordination across content, messaging, technology, logistics, and multiple internal partners.
  • This person will help ensure organizational strategy and key messages remain consistent across executive communications, leadership engagements, and large-scale employee events.
  • The role serves as an important connector between communications strategy and operational execution, helping turn messaging priorities into well-executed leadership experiences.
  • Strong attention to detail is critical, as this person will track timelines, deliverables, dependencies, budgets, and content across multiple concurrent priorities.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • 3–5 years of experience in corporate communications, executive communications, internal communications, events, project coordination, or a related corporate environment.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with demonstrated ability to create polished, executive-level communications and materials for senior audiences.
  • Experience developing or supporting presentations, talking points, agendas, briefing materials, leadership communications, or other high-visibility content.
  • Experience supporting executive meetings, leadership engagements, conferences, town halls, employee events, or other large-scale programs with multiple stakeholders and moving pieces.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to track deadlines, dependencies, content approvals, and multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with curiosity and comfort learning new platforms, AI tools, and process-improvement technologies.
