THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate communications, executive communications, internal communications, events, project coordination, or a related corporate environment.
- Strong writing and editing skills with demonstrated ability to create polished, executive-level communications and materials for senior audiences.
- Experience developing or supporting presentations, talking points, agendas, briefing materials, leadership communications, or other high-visibility content.
- Experience supporting executive meetings, leadership engagements, conferences, town halls, employee events, or other large-scale programs with multiple stakeholders and moving pieces.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to track deadlines, dependencies, content approvals, and multiple concurrent priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with curiosity and comfort learning new platforms, AI tools, and process-improvement technologies.
