LOCATION:
  • Charlotte, NC (Uptown) - On-Site (5-10% Travel)
 
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
  • Support the ongoing development and deployment of Salesforce platform
  • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, security, workflows, and groups
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, configuration and Implementation of new functionality, process automation and other requests
  • Configuring complex Custom Objects, Fields, Workflows, Approval Processes, Rules, Triggers, etc.
  • Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data management activities
  • Maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales and Service Clouds, as well as building custom reports and dashboards
  • Building new, and supporting existing, system interfaces such as ZoomInfo, DocuSign, Box, XOI Technologies, Zoom, and ERP integrations
  • Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases as well as providing training and support
  • Responsible for driving major Cloud application initiatives for the company.
  • Provide administrative and project management integration services to various BU, end users, 3rd party providers, MSPs and other professional services teams
 
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • 2-5+ years of experience in application support, administration, and/or management
    • Salesforce experience strongly preferred (comparable CRM systems will be considered)
  • Experience and/or interest in ongoing support and development of application tools such as Box, LastPass, Zoom, DocuSign, and Microsoft O365 tools
  • Experience with enterprise-level data integrations and reporting
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to create and foster relationships with the userbase
  • Self-starter with the ability to handle projects on his/her own
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at a time
  • Four-year college degree is preferred
