THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
  • A growing organization operating at the intersection of pharmaceutical marketing, digital media, events, and data and insights
  • A client success function responsible for post-sale relationships, contract implementation, account health, retention, and expansion
  • A collaborative commercial team partnering closely with sales, production, technology, marketing, and solutions teams

WHERE IT IS LOCATED
  • Fully remote opportunity within the United States, with Eastern and Central time zones strongly preferred.
  • Occasional travel may be required
 
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Serve as a primary post-sale point of contact, partnering with the sales team to deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Lead client and internal kickoff meetings, translate signed contracts into project plans, and coordinate execution across production teams
  • Monitor campaigns and workflows in monday.com to support on-time, on-budget, and accurate delivery
  • Track account health, identify delivery or relationship risks early, and escalate issues without hesitation
  • Review campaign performance, interpret digital media metrics, and turn reporting into clear, actionable client insights
  • Partner with marketing and delivery teams to identify and recommend campaign optimizations
  • Maintain strong quality assurance standards, including careful management of client assets and awareness of pharmaceutical marketing compliance requirements
  • Identify renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities that increase retention and expand relationships across product lines
 
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, with demonstrated success in a fast-paced client success, account management, or related role
  • Required experience supporting custom digital solutions for pharmaceutical clients, with the ability to understand digital products and communicate credibly with pharma stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing review and compliance processes
  • Strong understanding of digital media metrics and the ability to translate campaign data into meaningful insights and recommendations
  • Experience using a CRM and project management platform; familiarity with Salesforce and monday.com is preferred, with the aptitude to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong project management, communication, attention to detail, and quality assurance skills
  • A proactive, high-energy, accountable approach with the confidence to surface risks early and protect the client relationship
