WHERE IT IS LOCATED
- Fully remote opportunity within the United States, with Eastern and Central time zones strongly preferred.
- Occasional travel may be required
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own post-sale client relationships for assigned programs, serving as a primary point of contact and ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through completion.
- Translate client commitments into clear project plans, timelines, deliverables, and internal responsibilities while keeping programs on track.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, and other internal teams to manage client expectations, approvals, deliverables, and execution.
- Support a portfolio that may include conferences, live events, virtual programs, webinars, digital campaigns, or other healthcare-focused offerings depending on the position.
- Proactively monitor client satisfaction, project risks, and delivery challenges, resolving issues early and communicating clearly with both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide performance updates and reporting, gather client feedback, and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and expand existing partnerships.
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
- 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, client services, campaign management, events, or a related client-facing role.
- Experience managing conferences, events, virtual programs, digital campaigns, webinars, or other multi-stakeholder client programs from planning through delivery.
- Healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical education, healthcare media, medical device, or a related industry background
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship-management skills with the ability to confidently work with a variety of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, approvals, and cross-functional partners simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical-sponsored programs, healthcare compliance requirements, project management platforms, or event technology is highly valued.
