WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to executive sponsors and project leaders across all active transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate and oversee HR, Communications, and Change Management activities, ensuring alignment across diverse programs (commercial, supply chain, back-office, and enterprise-wide).
  • Develop integrated communication plans, change strategies, and stakeholder engagement roadmaps.
  • Provide thought leadership and tactical support to project teams, ensuring organizational readiness and change adoption.
  • Lead TMO reporting, program status updates, and executive communications specific to HR/Comms/Change deliverables.
  • Proactively identify risks related to people, change fatigue, communications gaps, and recommend mitigation strategies.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • 7–15 years of experience leading or consulting in HR, Organizational Change Management (OCM), and/or Communications functions.
  • Strong program management skills, with experience coordinating multiple workstreams across complex initiatives.
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale transformations efforts.
  • Ability to serve as a strategic advisor and hands-on program manager depending on initiative needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills across technical, business, and executive audiences.
  • Prior experience working within a Transformation Management Office (TMO) or similar centralized program management structure is preferred.
  • Professional certifications in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP) or HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
