WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Evaluate current communication channels, tools, and adoption rates for both office-based and field employees.

  • Develop and deploy a streamlined communications framework that ensures information is delivered clearly, quickly, and in the right format for on-the-go employees.

  • Partner with HR, marketing, and operational leaders to align messaging with business priorities and frontline needs.

  • Recommend and implement technology solutions to centralize information and reduce communication noise.

  • Craft concise, impactful content strategies that improve engagement without disrupting field employees’ workflow.

  • Support change management efforts for new systems and processes, ensuring adoption through clear messaging and training.

  • Establish measurement and feedback systems to continuously refine communication approaches.

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
  • Demonstrated success in internal communications, change management, or employee engagement, ideally within a distributed or field-service workforce.

  • Skilled in designing communication strategies for mobile-first and non-desk employee populations.

  • Experience with technology-enabled communication solutions and integrating them into daily workflows.

  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with leaders across HR, marketing, and operations.

  • Adept at simplifying complex information and delivering it in ways that resonate with diverse audiences.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where efficiency and measurable impact are key.
