- You’ll be part of a collaborative consulting team supporting a large, nationally operating infrastructure and services organization undertaking a major cross-functional digital transformation effort involving product owners, Salesforce architects, data teams, and operational leaders working to stabilize and mature a rapidly evolving Health Cloud ecosystem.

- The organization needs a proactive, deeply detailed BA who can write requirements and map workflows down to the field level, ensuring accuracy for both current operations and future automation.
- The existing team lacks the analytical rigor and documentation discipline needed to execute this re-architecture—this BA fills that gap.
- Your work will directly impact: ZIP-to-Territory alignment, Case routing and workflow automation, Data mapping & field-level documentation, Requirements for API integrations (Mulesoft & internal systems), AND Alignment between business needs and Health Cloud capabilities
- Without precise requirements and field-level clarity, downstream integrations, patient routing, and operational processes would break—your analysis prevents that.
- Remote
- Experience in Healthcare or Pharma, with understanding of clinical/operational processes, regulatory constraints, and patient/member workflows.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud, including workflows, clinical/care objects, data models, and automation logic.
- Exceptional documentation skills with the ability to define workflows, processes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data mappings at the field level.
- Experience writing requirements for API integrations, including payload definitions, system interaction points, mapping sheets, and upstream/downstream dependencies.
- Highly proactive—able to identify gaps, ask the right questions, and push work forward without needing direction.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured, clear, and technically detailed requirements.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders who may be inexperienced or unclear on what they need.
