WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Support the company by writing, editing, and proofreading reports, job descriptions, client correspondences, etc.
- Collaborate and interact with various individuals to gather notes from meetings and establish action plans
- Proofreading involves correcting grammatical and spelling errors while fact-checking content
- Assist the support team by arranging meetings for the Associates and preparing materials needed
- Act as back-up to the Receptionist, including: answering phones, welcoming guests, ordering office supplies, assisting with projects, and organizing conference rooms
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- 2+ years of experience supporting an office team in a driven environment
- Self-starter who needs little direction and can make quick decisions
- Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal
- Hardworking individual who enjoys working in a deadline driven environment and is happy to help with any assignment
- Strong time-management who can adapt easily
- Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Suite
