THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
  • Join AccruePartners’ Project Consulting Solutions practice — a team trusted for delivering high-impact transformation initiatives across IT, Finance, HR, and Operations.
  • You will support a rapidly growing, multi-state building solutions organization focused on standardizing processes across its network of partner companies. With ongoing acquisitions, the organization is developing a unified operational playbook to align HR, Sales Operations, and Field Operations with enterprise standards.
  • As part of AccruePartners, you’ll collaborate with senior consulting leaders, client executives, and cross-functional stakeholders to define, document, and optimize core business processes across a distributed operating model.

WHAT THEY OFFER YOU
  •  Opportunity to work inside a national, PE-backed building services organization undergoing significant operational modernization
  •  Direct visibility with HR, Sales Operations, IT, and Field Operations leadership
  •  Ability to shape foundational SOPs, workflows, and business processes used across 40+ partner companies
  •  Competitive consulting rates, benefits through AccruePartners, and the ability to drive meaningful enterprise-wide impact
  •  A dynamic environment where strategy, process, and hands-on execution intersect

WHERE IT IS LOCATED
  • Charlotte, NC — Onsite four days per week with heavy travel to partner locations across the U.S.

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
  • As the organization expands, its partner companies operate with varying levels of process maturity and documentation. To support future integrations, scalable workflows, and operational consistency, the organization is creating a centralized set of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and business processes across HR and Sales Operations.
  • The Business Process Analyst will assess existing workflows across multiple entities, identify gaps and redundancies, and develop clear, repeatable, integrated SOPs that align with new enterprise systems (Viewpoint, BuildOps, UKG, Salesforce). This role is essential to driving standardization, efficiency, and adoption during a period of rapid organizational growth.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  •  Conduct discovery sessions with HR, Sales Operations, and local partner teams to understand current practices and identify variation in workflows
  •  Map, document, and redesign end-to-end processes using standardized templates and best-practice frameworks
  •  Develop clear, actionable SOPs and workflow documentation that can be adopted enterprise-wide
  •  Partner with the Integration Manager and functional leadership to support the development of an enterprise integration playbook
  •  Collaborate across HRIS, ERP, CRM, and Field Operations teams to ensure processes align with Viewpoint, BuildOps, UKG, and Salesforce
  •  Support change enablement by training stakeholders on new processes and ensuring documentation is accessible, accurate, and current
  •  Identify process inefficiencies, redundancies, and conflicting practices across partner companies
  •  Build comparative matrices and gap analyses to support decision-making and future integrations
  •  Contribute to project plans, milestone tracking, and documentation required for multi-site deployment activities
  •  Provide clear and timely communication to project stakeholders, documenting risks and recommended solutions as needed

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
  •  3–6 years of experience in Business Process Analysis, HR Operations, Sales Operations, or related functional roles
  •  Proven experience creating SOPs, process maps, workflows, and operational documentation
  •  Experience working in multi-site, distributed, or acquisition-heavy environments preferred
  •  Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Viewpoint (ERP), BuildOps (Field Service), UKG (HRIS), or Salesforce (CRM) strongly preferred
  •  Strong analytical and process-improvement mindset with the ability to evaluate existing practices and design scalable solutions
  •  Excellent documentation skills
  •  Ability to lead discovery sessions, facilitate cross-functional workshops, and build consensus among stakeholders
  •  Strong communicator capable of translating complex processes into digestible, practical guidance
  •  Ability to travel significantly and operate in fast-paced, evolving environments
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Management, or related field
