What You’ll Do
  • Grow new business. Identify, pursue, and close new client partnerships for project-based, interim, and executive search/direct-hire across all 6 lines of discipline (Accounting & Finance, HR, Corporate Operations, Financial Services, Marketing/Digital/Creative, and IT).
  • Build relationships that last. Develop trusted, consultative partnerships with key stakeholders by understanding their needs and helping them anticipate what’s next.
  • Deliver with confidence. Collaborate with our specialized recruiting and delivery teams to align clients with exceptional talent..
  • Expand the impact. Introduce clients to AccruePartners’ full suite of business verticals, from A/F, HR, to IT and Marketing/Digital & Creative, helping them scale with a holistic talent strategy.
  • Lead with autonomy. Set your own approach, manage your pipeline, and leverage the strength, resources, and reputation of a regionally recognized talent solutions firm.
  • Drive measurable outcomes. Ensure client success while contributing directly to revenue growth is your results will be visible, valued, and rewarded.

What You Bring
  • 3-5 years of consultative sales experience within professional services, staffing, or Big 4.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and influence executive-level relationships with CFOs, Controllers, CHROs, and senior leaders reflective of our other lines of business .
  • A competitive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong emotional intelligence and exceptional closing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability, high rewarding environment.
  • Passion for helping clients strengthen performance through talent, process, and workforce solutions.
