THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

WHERE IT IS LOCATED
  • Remote flexibility with occasional travel (2–3 trips per quarter) — must be comfortable working PST/MST time frequently.
 
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Develop and execute brand marketing strategies focused on market share growth and dealership performance.
  • Act as the primary liaison between marketing, store leadership, and OEM partners to align on brand needs.
  • Manage OEM relationships, including tier one marketing plans, budgets, compliance, co-op, and ad credits.
  • Analyze OEM and store-level performance data to inform strategy, optimize campaigns, and guide decision-making.
  • Support execution through collaboration with marketing managers and periodic travel for store visits, photo shoots, and brand meetings (approx. 2–3 trips per quarter).
 
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
  • 5+ years of marketing and brand strategy experience in automotive or agency environments with OEM-focused accounts.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, translate data into insights, and drive marketing strategy at scale.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to connect brand goals with operations and store leadership.
  • Proven experience managing OEM relationships and budgets, including compliance, co-op, and ad credits.
  • Proficient in core office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with exposure to project management platforms
  • Flexibility to travel as needed, ideally based on/near the West Coast.
