LOCATION

  • Onsite in Charlotte NC, starting between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • This position ensures accurate, timely cash collection and plays a critical role in improving the overall health of customer accounts.

  • Partners closely with customers and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and drive account resolution.

  • Provides meaningful recommendations to leadership to strengthen processes and minimize payment delays.

  • Directly impacts working capital performance and customer satisfaction through diligent order-to-cash management.


THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

  • At least 2 years of experience in billing, commercial accounts receivable, or cash applications.

  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution and continuous process improvement.
