- On-site, 5 days per week (Monday–Friday)
- Participation in an on-call rotation and after-hours response as needed
- Support vendor management across janitorial, landscaping, waste management, pest control, and general building services
- Assist in monitoring vendor performance, contract compliance, and service delivery
- Coordinate contract workflows, including service, project, and vendor agreements
- Track and support resolution of property-related incidents and claims
- Conduct routine and quarterly building inspections and coordinate follow-up actions
- Assist with coordination of smaller projects, repairs, and tenant-related improvements
- Maintain organized building records and documentation across internal systems
- Support financial processes including purchase orders, coding, and budget tracking
- Serve as a point of contact for tenant requests, amenity coordination, and service-related questions
- Assist with tenant relations efforts, including communication and coordination across teams
- Commercial property management experience is required
- Experience supporting building operations, vendor coordination, and tenant interaction
- Residential-only backgrounds are not preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a tenant-facing environment
- Professional and approachable presence with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with vendor coordination, contracts, and detail tracking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general property management systems
- Experience with Yardi, Angus, or similar platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Interest in pursuing industry certifications over time is encouraged
