THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
  • Established commercial real estate organization supporting a well-managed office property environment
  • Team operates within a service-driven model focused on delivering a positive and consistent tenant experience
  • Responsible for day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, vendor oversight, contract administration, and building services coordination
  • Role partners closely with property management, engineering, and operations teams to support building performance and tenant needs
  • Backfill of an existing role, reflecting an ongoing need within the team
  • Active, fast-paced environment with regular coordination across vendors, tenants, inspections, and operational priorities

WHERE IT IS LOCATED
  • On-site, 5 days per week (Monday–Friday)
  • Participation in an on-call rotation and after-hours response as needed
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Support vendor management across janitorial, landscaping, waste management, pest control, and general building services
  • Assist in monitoring vendor performance, contract compliance, and service delivery
  • Coordinate contract workflows, including service, project, and vendor agreements
  • Track and support resolution of property-related incidents and claims
  • Conduct routine and quarterly building inspections and coordinate follow-up actions
  • Assist with coordination of smaller projects, repairs, and tenant-related improvements
  • Maintain organized building records and documentation across internal systems
  • Support financial processes including purchase orders, coding, and budget tracking
  • Serve as a point of contact for tenant requests, amenity coordination, and service-related questions
  • Assist with tenant relations efforts, including communication and coordination across teams
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
  • Commercial property management experience is required
  • Experience supporting building operations, vendor coordination, and tenant interaction
  • Residential-only backgrounds are not preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a tenant-facing environment
  • Professional and approachable presence with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with vendor coordination, contracts, and detail tracking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general property management systems
  • Experience with Yardi, Angus, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Interest in pursuing industry certifications over time is encouraged
