THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

Experience coordinating, recruiting, scheduling, or managing a high-volume hourly, temporary, seasonal, contractor, or field workforce.

Backgrounds in commercial staffing, high-volume recruiting, painting or building-material operations, equipment rental, hospitality, property services, or other blue-collar service environments can translate well.
-
Highly resourceful and comfortable finding people quickly when crews cancel, availability changes, or unexpected staffing needs arise.
-
Comfortable managing contractors directly, including difficult conversations around performance, quality, scheduling, pay, and expectations.

Spanish fluency is a significant plus, particularly for positions supporting cleaning operations.
-
Comfortable spending time both in the office and in the field checking active jobs and interacting directly with contractors.
