WHERE IS IT LOCATED:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
-
Oversee and manage the organization’s IT department, ensuring alignment with strategic goals

Lead IT operations including cybersecurity, infrastructure, enterprise systems, and help desk functions

Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance (HIPAA and other industry regulations)

Manage third-party vendor relationships and evaluate technology solutions

Spearhead IT strategy, budgeting, and roadmap planning in collaboration with executive leadership

Lead cross-functional projects, including system implementations and security enhancements

Provide reporting on IT performance, systems usage, and project delivery using BI tools

Respond to client audits and 3rd party risk assessments
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

5–8 years of experience in IT management, including team leadership and vendor oversight

Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems

Demonstrated success in aligning IT strategies with business objectives

Effective communicator with proven project management and leadership capabilities
-
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, life sciences) strongly preferred
