WHERE IS IT LOCATED:

  • 100% Remote


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Oversee and manage the organization’s IT department, ensuring alignment with strategic goals

  • Lead IT operations including cybersecurity, infrastructure, enterprise systems, and help desk functions

  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance (HIPAA and other industry regulations)

  • Manage third-party vendor relationships and evaluate technology solutions

  • Spearhead IT strategy, budgeting, and roadmap planning in collaboration with executive leadership

  • Lead cross-functional projects, including system implementations and security enhancements

  • Provide reporting on IT performance, systems usage, and project delivery using BI tools

  • Respond to client audits and 3rd party risk assessments


HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

  • 5–8 years of experience in IT management, including team leadership and vendor oversight

  • Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems

  • Demonstrated success in aligning IT strategies with business objectives

  • Effective communicator with proven project management and leadership capabilities

  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, life sciences) strongly preferred
