- Leading and developing a six-person applications team spanning ERP, EDI, financial systems, and data
- Owning the enterprise applications portfolio and modernization roadmap over a 3–5 year horizon
- Managing the transition away from legacy iSeries infrastructure while maintaining current system performance
- Partnering with business leaders to align applications, data, and reporting with operational needs
- Helping define future roles and team structure, including business analysts, data analysts, and low-code developers
- Supporting enterprise data architecture, reporting, and self-service analytics initiatives
- Experience leading enterprise or business applications in a manufacturing, supply chain, or operationally complex environment
- Hands-on ERP experience, whether in Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, Lawson, BPCS, or other enterprise platforms
- A true generalist mindset, comfortable spanning applications, data, reporting, and integration
- Working knowledge of modern data and BI tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, or low-code platforms
- Experience managing team transitions, modernization initiatives, or platform migrations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to balance technical depth and business partnership
