  • A six-person applications team today, blending ERP, EDI, financial systems, and data, with a mandate to evolve
  • A collaborative IT leadership structure, partnering closely with Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure leadership

WHAT THEY OFFER YOU
  • The opportunity to step into a newly created leadership role with real ownership and influence

  • A role that blends strategy, leadership, and hands-on problem solving across core business systems
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
  • The organization is transitioning from a highly customized legacy environment to modern SaaS and cloud-based platforms
  • This role establishes dedicated leadership over enterprise applications and data, which previously lacked formal management coverage

  • You will help translate business needs into scalable application and data solutions across finance, supply chain, and operations
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
  • Leading and developing a six-person applications team spanning ERP, EDI, financial systems, and data
  • Owning the enterprise applications portfolio and modernization roadmap over a 3–5 year horizon
  • Managing the transition away from legacy iSeries infrastructure while maintaining current system performance
  • Partnering with business leaders to align applications, data, and reporting with operational needs
  • Helping define future roles and team structure, including business analysts, data analysts, and low-code developers
  • Supporting enterprise data architecture, reporting, and self-service analytics initiatives
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • Experience leading enterprise or business applications in a manufacturing, supply chain, or operationally complex environment
  • Hands-on ERP experience, whether in Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, Lawson, BPCS, or other enterprise platforms
  • A true generalist mindset, comfortable spanning applications, data, reporting, and integration
  • Working knowledge of modern data and BI tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, or low-code platforms
  • Experience managing team transitions, modernization initiatives, or platform migrations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to balance technical depth and business partnership
