- Hands-on ownership of Generative AI use cases from initial concept through proof of concept and production handoff.

- Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases.
- Design and build Generative AI proofs of concept using Claude and other supporting technologies.
- Translate business requirements into AI-enabled workflows, prompts, prototypes, and implementation plans.
- Lead UAT and work with development teams to move validated solutions into production.
- Build reusable prompt libraries, frameworks, and standards for internal AI applications.
- Evaluate AI outputs, identify failure points, and continuously improve solution quality.
- Develop ROI analysis, success metrics, roadmaps, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
- Help establish responsible AI practices around quality, safety, governance, and usability.
- Train internal teams on advanced LLM capabilities, prompting techniques, and AI best practices.
- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and enterprise AI solutions.
- Experience with Claude strongly preferred; OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Bedrock, or similar platforms also highly relevant.
- Background building POCs, prototypes, AI workflows, or automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, and LLM optimization.
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Experience evaluating business value, ROI, and adoption of AI solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, or related field preferred..
