  • A leading commercial HVAC services platform with a large North American footprint, headquartered in Charlotte and operating across a highly distributed network of service businesses
  • A PE-backed growth environment focused on modernization, scalability, and using data more effectively across disconnected business units

LOCATION
  • Charlotte, NC (Uptown) – Hybrid (3-days)
  • Highly qualified, non-local Remote candidates will be considered (w/ travel)

  • Leads the identification, deployment, and adoption of AI-enabled automation use cases across the business
  • Partners with business leaders to understand operational pain points and translate them into practical AI solutions
  • Helps connect data platform capabilities with real-world workflow automation and business process improvement
  • Supports innovation across service operations, mature business units, and edge-case opportunities where AI can move the needle
  • Plays a key role in shaping how the organization applies AI in a practical, scalable, business-first way
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions, automation workflows, or applied AI models in a business environment
  • Strong understanding of how to leverage existing AI models and tools to solve operational business problems
  • Experience with workflow automation, agentic AI concepts, or tools like n8n would be valuable
  • Ability to partner with non-technical business leaders and turn ambiguous problems into executable solutions
  • Background in HVAC, facilities services, field services, Home Depot Pro-type environments, or other service-based industries would be a strong plus
