- 5+ years of Finance or Accounting-focused Project Management experience
- Experience leading initiatives like ERP implementations (e.g., NetSuite, Workday, SAP), SOX compliance, or financial close optimization
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and shared services
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
- PMP, CPA, or MBA is a plus
