The Background That Fits:
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with prior leadership or team management responsibility.
- Strong background in month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Experience working within multi-entity, manufacturing, distribution, or operationally complex business environments preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or similar cloud-based platforms.
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally, communicate effectively with leadership, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- CPA and/or MBA preferred, though strong operational accounting leadership experience will also be highly valued.
