The accounting organization is backfilling a critical leadership position after recent movement across the Accounting Manager layer
This person will help provide leadership, review capacity, and accounting oversight across operational accounting responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required, CPA strongly preferred
5+ years of general accounting experience, ideally including 3+ years in public accounting or audit
Big Four, larger regional public accounting firm, or large-company industry experience strongly preferred
Management-level SOX experience is highly important, with the ability to handle review responsibilities in a public-company environment
Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting principles, operational accounting, and accounting controls
Prior people leadership or direct report management experience preferred
Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational discipline, and ability to work cross-functionally
