- Oversees all core accounting functions including reporting, compliance, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Provides cost accounting and financial insights to support manufacturing and distribution operations.
- Supports HR-related processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
- Partners with leadership to prepare for an ERP system transition
- Serves as a central point of accountability for finance, payroll (third-party supported), and IT vendor relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
- 3–5+ years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to manufacturing or distribution.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and cost accounting practices.
- Proficiency with accounting software and ability to adapt to new ERP systems.
- Leadership skills to oversee AR, AP, and external support partners while mentoring junior staff.
- Hands-on and versatile professional who can manage both finance and select HR functions in a small-team environment.
