WHERE THIS ROLE SITS

• Onsite, 5x a week in Charlotte, NC

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Own key areas of intercompany accounting, including AR/AP, expense transfers, and reconciliations

• Support month-end close, financial statements, journal entries, and reporting

• Manage daily cash activity, including wires, ACH payments, and cash requirements

• Support revenue and cost accounting for complex customer projects

• Partner across audit, tax, expense management, and broader accounting initiatives

• Help deliver accurate financial information that supports both day-to-day operations and business decisions

A BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

• 3+ years of general accounting experience preferred

• Manufacturing, distribution, or another complex operational environment is a plus

• Experience with intercompany accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, AR/AP, or cash management

• Strong Excel skills and comfort working across multiple systems

• ERP experience is a plus, but not required

• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities
